Introduce some medieval mystique into your home.

The Savonarola Chair:  an iconic chair that was named after a Renaissance era priest Girolamo Savonarola, after it was found in the convent of San Marco in Florence during the 15th century.

This Italian pair are from the 19th century - circa 1880's - with the walnut frame and backs intricately hand-carved, with aged dark brown leather studded seats.

Sold as a pair.

81cm H x 61cm W.

A lovely aged patina on the leather.  Some wear consistent with age.  Overall, in beautiful, rustic condition.
