Antique French Gilt Gesso Mirror

Display this gorgeous 100+ year old French piece on your wall for classic styling.

Bearing the C-scroll design of the Rococo period of the 1700's, this mirror was made approximately 100 years later - in 19th century France.  It is highly ornamented in gilt and gesso, and possesses a central floral crest.

This mirror was made by hand - long before the days of factory manufacturing and commercialism - and is therefore a special piece that can take you back to a slower pace of life.

Condition 
In excellent antique condition, considering its age.  Some gilt missing on the frame, however this adds to its appeal.
