Fritz Hansen Mid-Century Dining Table
Fritz Hansen Mid-Century Dining Table
This is one of the most iconic designs in Scandinavia: the 'Superellipse' Span Leg Dining Table.
The table was designed by Piet Hein and Bruno Mathsson for Fritz Hansen in the 1960's. Interestingly, a traffic problem in Stockholm caused Piet Hein to consider a solution - a superelliptical roundabout - which inspired the design for the table. It has no ends, which creates a setting of inclusivity and equality.
The table is composed of a white, lacquered top and chrome metal, span-style legs.
Introduce a slice of quality, Scandinavian mid-century design into your dining space.
